Mouse LOX is a secreted copper-dependent oxidase equipped with conserved catalytic and propeptide domains that preserve stable molecular conformation under physiological conditions. It is released into extracellular matrix by fibroblast, chondrocyte and vascular smooth muscle cell populations. Its matrix-deposited soluble enzymatic structure and connective tissue-enriched expression distinguish it from transmembrane receptors, cytoplasmic scaffolding adaptors and intranuclear transcriptional regulators with streamlined single-domain assemblies and static single-compartment subcellular localization profiles.

This product is shipped with wet ice packs. Store at -20°C on receipt (up to 24 months). Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody.
