Mouse lymphocyte specific protein 1 (LSP1) is an intracellular actin‑binding protein predominantly expressed in hematopoietic and lymphoid cells. It contains conserved actin‑binding motifs and regulatory phosphorylation sites, and localizes to the cytoplasm, cytoskeleton and cell cortex. The protein exhibits a flexible structural conformation supporting cytoskeletal interactions. Its immune‑predominant expression and domain features clearly distinguish it from other actin‑associated regulatory proteins.
