Target Information

Mouse IL20RA is a type I transmembrane receptor with conserved extracellular cytokine-binding domains and short cytoplasmic signaling tails. It retains stable monomeric folding and intact ligand-interacting grooves under physiological conditions, displayed on plasma membranes of epithelial and immune cell populations. Its cell-surface anchored topology and cytokine-recognition structural layout separate it from soluble cytoplasmic enzymes, secreted circulating signaling polypeptides and intranuclear transcriptional regulators with simplified single-domain assemblies and confined static subcellular localization profiles.
