Product Overview
BioVenic rabbit polyclonal antibody is specific for mouse inducible T-cell co stimulator ligand. It is purified by protein A/G. It can be applied to WB, IHC, ICC and IP assays of mouse inducible T-cell co stimulator ligand.
Specifications
Target Information
Mouse inducible T-cell co-stimulator ligand (ICOSL, B7-H2) is a 309-residue type I transmembrane glycoprotein whose extracellular IgV-IgC domains engage ICOS on activated T-cells. A single transmembrane helix anchors the protein to plasma membrane, while a 47-aa cytoplasmic tail contains proline-rich motifs that bind adaptors. Expressed on B-cells, dendritic cells and inflamed endothelium, ICOSL localizes to lipid rafts and immune synapses. Antibodies raised against the IgV or cytoplasmic peptide detect native, glycosylated and shed forms with negligible cross-reactivity to B7-1 or B7-2, enabling selective immunoblot and immunohistochemical visualization in mouse tissue homogenates and cultured immune cells.
