Mouse immunoglobulin kappa (Igκ) is a conserved polypeptide subunit of immunoglobulin molecules, with a stable folded structure and distinct domain architecture. It is mainly expressed in B lymphocytes and immune-related tissues, and distributed in extracellular body fluids and on cell surfaces. The protein maintains stable structural conformation under physiological conditions. Its characteristic immune-related expression and dual localization pattern clearly distinguish it from cytoplasmic, nuclear, and mitochondrial proteins.
