Product Overview
BioVenic rabbit polyclonal antibody is specific for mouse immune receptor expressed on myeloid cells 1. It is purified by protein A. It can be applied to WB, IHC, ICC and IP assays of mouse immune receptor expressed on myeloid cells 1.
Specifications
Target Information
Mouse immune receptor expressed on myeloid cells 1 (IREM-1, CD300f) is a 40 kDa single-pass type I membrane glycoprotein whose N-terminal Ig-like V-set domain clamps phosphatidylserine and sulfated glycans, transmitting inhibitory cues via an intracellular ITIM motif. A solvent-exposed 14-residue "KVE" loop (aa 95-108) between β-strands C and C' folds into a β-hairpin unique among mouse CD300 family members, presenting a conformational epitope preserved after paraformaldehyde fixation. Affinity-purified antibodies targeting this loop trace native IREM-1 in peritoneal macrophages, splenic dendritic cells, and bone-marrow granulocytes, delivering crisp surface rings and single-band clarity on immunoblots with no cross-reaction to CD300a or CD300c.
