Target Information

Mouse GATA2 is a nuclear transcription factor with conserved zinc finger DNA-binding domains that maintain stable protein conformation under physiological conditions. It accumulates within nuclear compartments of hematopoietic, endothelial and epithelial cell populations across multiple developing tissues. Its chromatin-binding regulatory structure and lineage-specific expression distinguish it from transmembrane surface receptors, soluble secreted signaling proteins and cytoplasmic scaffolding adaptors with streamlined single-domain assemblies and static single-compartment subcellular localization profiles.
