Mouse SNCG is a conserved small soluble protein with an intrinsically disordered structural feature. It widely distributes in the cytoplasm of neural and peripheral tissue cells. This protein maintains flexible molecular conformation and stable physiological state under normal conditions. Its unique sequence composition and widespread intracellular distribution clearly distinguish it from transmembrane receptors, secreted carriers and nuclear functional protein families.
