Mouse early growth response protein 4 (EGR4) is a zinc-finger transcription factor that binds GC-rich motifs and drives rapid expression of genes controlling mitosis, differentiation and synaptic plasticity. Transiently induced by serum, growth factors or neuronal activity, it localizes to nucleus within minutes of stimulation. Affinity-purified antibodies detect both the native ~55 kDa protein and tagged variants without cross-reactivity to EGR1-3, enabling precise mapping of immediate-early responses in development, learning and injury models.

This product is shipped with wet ice packs. Store at -20°C on receipt (up to 12 months). Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody.
