Mouse deoxythymidylate kinase (DTYMK) is a small, conserved cytoplasmic kinase with a compact globular fold and stable structural conformation. It is broadly expressed in multiple tissues and mainly localizes to the cytoplasmic compartment, with partial distribution in nuclear regions. The protein maintains a rigid domain arrangement to preserve molecular integrity under physiological conditions. Its characteristic intracellular localization and conserved kinase architecture clearly distinguish it from membrane, mitochondrial, and secretory proteins.
