Mouse Cluster of Differentiation 3 delta (CD3δ) is a critical component of the T cell receptor (TCR) complex. It is involved in the initiation of T cell activation and signal transduction following antigen recognition. CD3δ is expressed on the surface of T cells and plays a key role in maintaining the integrity and function of the TCR-CD3 complex. Targeting CD3δ with specific antibodies allows for detailed investigation of T cell signaling pathways and the mechanisms underlying T cell - mediated immune responses.
