Target Information

Mouse Cluster of Differentiation 15 (CD15) is a carbohydrate epitope expressed on the surface of neutrophils, monocytes, and certain lymphocyte subsets. It plays a key role in cell adhesion, migration, and immune recognition. CD15 is widely used as a marker for myeloid lineage cells and is involved in mediating interactions between immune cells and endothelium. Its expression is often associated with inflammatory responses and hematopoietic differentiation. Antibodies against CD15 enable precise identification and functional analysis of myeloid populations in mouse immunological and inflammatory models.
