Mouse chemokine C-C-motif ligand 1 (CCL1) is a 10-kDa secreted chemokine predominantly expressed in mouse immune tissues-including lymph nodes, spleen, and activated T cells. It binds to its receptor CCR8 on T lymphocytes, monocytes, and mast cells, mediating immune cell recruitment and activation. It regulates inflammatory responses, allergic reactions, and T cell polarization, while supporting immune homeostasis in physiological contexts. With induced expression at inflamed sites, it modulates leukocyte trafficking and cytokine release. As a key mediator of chemotaxis and immune signaling, mouse CCL1 is a critical target for studying inflammatory diseases, allergic disorders, and immune regulatory mechanisms.
