Rabbit Anti-Mouse Calcium Channel Voltage Dependent T-Type Alpha 1H Subunit (CACNa1H) Polyclonal Antibody
Product Overview
BioVenic rabbit polyclonal antibody is specific for mouse calcium channel, voltage dependent, t-type, alpha 1h subunit. It is purified by protein A. It can be applied to WB, IHC, ICC and IP assays of mouse calcium channel, voltage dependent, t-type, alpha 1h subunit.

Target Information
Mouse T-type voltage-dependent calcium channel α1H (CACNA1H) forms low-voltage-activated CaV3.2 channels that open near resting membrane potential. Expressed in thalamus, hippocampus, and neuroendocrine cells, α1H mediates sub-threshold oscillations, burst firing, and hormone secretion. Its rapid activation/inactivation shapes neuronal excitability and pain signaling. As a key regulator of rhythmic activity and calcium entry at modest voltages, CACNA1H is an important target for studies of epilepsy, pain, and pacemaker function.
