Target Information
Mouse M-Cadherin is a transmembrane cell adhesion glycoprotein with conserved extracellular cadherin repeat domains that sustain stable protein conformation under physiological conditions. It is highly enriched in muscle cell populations and mediates cell-cell junction formation between myogenic lineages. Its multi-domain membrane-bound architecture and muscle-specific distribution distinguish it from soluble secreted cytokines, cytoplasmic scaffold adaptors and chromatin-binding nuclear transcription factors with simplified single-domain assemblies widely expressed across non-muscular somatic tissues.

This product is shipped with wet ice packs. Store at -20°C on receipt (up to 24 months). Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody.
