Target Information
Mouse Apoptosis Signal-Regulating Kinase 1 (ASK1) is a stress-responsive MAP3K that triggers JNK/p38 cascades by sensing oxidative or inflammatory stimuli. Inactive under reducing conditions, it is unleashed when thioredoxin is oxidized, making ASK1 a sensitive gauge of intracellular redox balance. High-affinity antibodies detect both the 140 kDa full-length and activated phosphorylated forms without cross-reaction with other MAP3Ks, enabling clear analysis of stress-driven apoptosis, fibrosis and metabolic signaling in mouse tissues and primary cells.

This product is shipped with wet ice packs. Store at -20°C on receipt (up to 12 months). Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody.
