Equine HBB is a globin subunit with conserved oxygen-binding pocket domains that maintain stable protein conformation under physiological conditions. It assembles with alpha globin chains to form tetrameric hemoglobin complexes inside mature red blood cell populations circulating in blood. Its oxygen-transporting cytoplasmic structure and erythrocyte-restricted expression distinguish it from transmembrane surface receptors, secreted circulating signaling mediators and chromatin-binding nuclear transcriptional regulators with streamlined single-domain assemblies and multi-tissue distribution.

This product is shipped with wet ice packs. Store at -20°C on receipt (up to 24 months). Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody.
