Target Information
Bovine Interferon Gamma-Induced Protein 10 kDa (IP10) is a chemokine produced in response to interferon gamma (IFNg) stimulation. It plays a crucial role in immune responses by attracting immune cells to sites of infection or inflammation. IP10 binds to the CXCR3 receptor on T cells and natural killer cells, promoting their migration and activation. In cattle, this protein is involved in the regulation of immune cell trafficking and the defense against pathogens.
