Target Information

Trefoil factor 2, also known as pancreatic spasmolytic polypeptide, is encoded by the TFF2 gene in pigs. Research showed that a reduction in mRNA abundance of trefoil factor-2 was observed when pigs were fed diets with 16% crude protein diet.
