Target Information

Tryptase is encoded by the MCT7 gene in pigs. In a porcine model, vasoactive intestinal peptide pretreatment significantly inhibited the activation of mast cells and the release of β-hexosaminidase, histamine and tryptase compared with the ETEC K88 and lipopolysaccharides-induced model groups.
