Target Information

Hepatitis B Virus X-Interacting Protein Homolog is encoded by the LAMTOR5 gene in pigs. LAMTOR5 is part of the Ragulator-Rag complex, which plays a pivotal role in lysosomal signaling and trafficking within eukaryotic cells. This complex is essential for regulating cell metabolism and growth in response to nutrient availability. It has been reported that LAMTOR5 can modulate glucose metabolism reprogramming in cancer cells.

Target/Biomarker Porcine LAMTOR5
Target Synonym Ragulator complex protein LAMTOR5; Late endosomal/lysosomal adaptor and MAPK and MTOR activator 5; LAMTOR5
Gene ID 448965
UniProt ID Q66X52
