Target Information

Lymphocyte activating 3 is encoded by the LAG3 gene in pigs. Research showed that immune checkpoint molecules (PD-1, LAG-3, CTLA-4 and TIM-3) were significantly up-regulated in pigs with dual infections of porcine circovirus 2 and porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus.
