Target Information

Tyrosine-Protein Kinase JAK2 (JAK2), commonly referred to as Janus kinase 2, is a non-receptor tyrosine kinase. JAK2 is a member of the Janus kinase family. It plays a crucial role in intracellular signaling by mediating responses to various cytokines and growth factors. Tyrosine-Protein Kinase JAK2 is encoded by the JAK2 gene in pigs. It is a member of the Janus kinase (JAKs) family of non-receptor protein tyrosine kinases.
