Target Information

Glycoprotein nmb is encoded by the GPNMB gene in pigs. It has been reported that GPNMB inhibits porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus replication by inhibiting the autophagosome-lysosome fusion and provides a novel therapeutic target for virus infection.
