Ovine Testis Interstitial Primary Cells-Immortalized by SV40T Antigens
Product Overview
Immortalized ovine testis interstitial primary cells are isolated from ovine testis and exhibited an extended lifespan compared to normal primary cells. Interstitial primary cells are immortalized by overexpressing the large T-antigen of the simian virus 40 (SV40T antigens). Interstitial cells are components of tissues or organs that fulfill supporting, structural, connecting, and nutritional functions. They are used to study cell origin, morphology, and function, as well as related disease mechanisms.
