Pregnancy-specific beta-1-glycoprotein 1 (PSBG-1), also known as CD66f, is a protein encoded by the PAG1 gene in sheep. It is a member of the carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) gene family. PSGs are a complex consisting of carbohydrates and proteins, specifically present in the mammalian body during pregnancy. It is also known as pregnancy-specific protein B. The PAGs are major secretory products of the ovine placenta.
