Mouse Toll Like Receptor 2 (TLR2) ELISA Kit-Sandwich

Toll-like receptor 2 (TLR2) works in tandem with LY96 to mediate the innate immune response to bacterial lipoproteins and various microbial cell wall components. By collaborating with either TLR1 or TLR6, it further facilitates the response to bacterial lipoproteins or lipopeptides. This process involves MYD88 and TRAF6, which leads to the activation of NF-kappa-B, cytokine release, and an inflammatory response. TLR2 serves diverse functions in mice, including pathogen detection, immune regulation, maintenance of intestinal barrier integrity, and modulation of inflammatory responses. Additionally, TLR2 can amplify LPS signaling by interacting with other receptors like MD-2.
