The MODE-K mouse small intestinal epithelial cell line is a cell line derived from the small intestine of a mouse. It's widely used to study intestinal biology, barrier function, transport mechanisms, and gut immune responses. This cell line was established from the small intestinal tissue of C3H/HeJ mice and immortalized through SV40 large T antigen gene transduction. It's broadly applied in fields such as intestinal biology, immunology, and cancer research.
