Mouse Prostate Cancer Cell Line-RM-1 is derived from 17-day-old C57BL/6 embryonic urogenital sinus cells infected with the Zipras/myc9 retrovirus. They are widely used in prostate cancer research. In studies, RM-1 cells are extensively employed to construct mouse prostate cancer models. The Mouse Prostate Cancer Cell Line-RM-1-Luc-GFP-Puro cells are cell lines stably expressing firefly luciferase and GFP obtained by infecting RM-1 cells with lentivirus.
