Mouse Pancreatic Cancer Cell Line-PANC02 is a cell line commonly used to study the biological characteristics and treatment strategies of pancreatic cancer. It's a highly metastatic pancreatic cancer cell line with significant chemotherapy resistance. These cells were isolated in 1984 from a pancreatic tumor in a C57BL/6 mouse. The cells were transfected with lentivirus to carry the Luciferase gene.
