Mouse Oxidized Low Density Lipoprotein Receptor (OxLDLR) ELISA Kit-Sandwich

The function of the oxidized low-density lipoprotein receptor (OxLDL receptor) in mice primarily involves the recognition, uptake, and metabolism of oxidized low-density lipoprotein (oxLDL), as well as influencing pathological processes like inflammation and atherosclerosis. There exists a receptor in mouse macrophages and peritoneal cells that specifically identifies oxLDL, distinct from the receptor that recognizes acetylated low-density lipoprotein (AcLDL) and possesses higher specificity. Research indicates that this receptor can bind to oxLDL but exhibits a lower affinity for AcLDL.
