Product Overview

Mouse myeloma cell NS-1 (P3/NSI/1-Ag4-1) is a non-secretory clone derived from P3X63Ag8 cells. It is resistant to 0.1mM 8-azaguanine but cannot grow in HAT medium. It expresses H-2d antigen and synthesizes but does not secrete Kappa light chains. NS-1 cells are primarily used for monoclonal antibody preparation, immunology research, and tumor research.
