The P815 mouse mastocytoma cell line originated from mouse bone marrow and possesses high proliferative capacity and immune evasion properties. It exhibits no antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity. Dextran sulfate, LPS, or PPD cannot inhibit cell growth. Mouse Mastocytoma Cell Line-P815-Luc-GFP-Puro are a cell line stably expressing firefly luciferase and GFP obtained by lentivirus-infected P815 cells.
