Mouse Major Histocompatibility Complex Class II DQ Beta 1 (MHCDQb1) ELISA Kit-Sandwich

In mice, the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class II DQ Beta 1 primarily functions in antigen presentation and the regulation of immune responses. MHC class II molecules are responsible for presenting processed pathogen-derived peptides to CD4+ T cells, thereby triggering an immune response. The DQ Beta 1 chain, along with the DQ Alpha chain, forms the DQ antigen-presenting molecule. These molecules activate the immune system by presenting peptide antigens to T cells.
