Mouse Lymphatic Vessel Endothelial Hyaluronan Receptor 1 (LYVE1) ELISA Kit-Sandwich

Lymphatic vessel endothelial hyaluronic acid receptor 1 (LYVE-1) is a ligand-specific transporter that moves between intracellular organelles, such as the trans-Golgi network (TGN), and the plasma membrane. It is involved in autocrine regulation of cell growth through growth regulators that bind to a cell surface retention sequence (CRS). In mice, LYVE-1 serves multiple functions, including maintaining lymphatic flow, clearing hyaluronic acid, and facilitating the migration and adhesion of immune cells. Although LYVE-1 is crucial for the development and functioning of lymphatic vessels, research shows that mice lacking LYVE-1 do not exhibit significant developmental anomalies or lymphatic system dysfunction. For instance, the structure and function of lymphatic vessels, along with lymph flow and drainage, remain unaffected in LYVE-1 knockout mice.
