Mouse Glioma Cell Line-G-422
Product Overview
Mouse Glioma Cell Line-G-422 originated from a mouse brain tumor and possess high invasiveness and proliferative capacity. They are frequently used to study the growth, metastasis, and immune evasion mechanisms of glioma. This cell line can form tumors both subcutaneously and intracranially, exhibiting good tumorigenicity in mouse models. The success rate for subcutaneous, intramuscular, and intracranial transplantation of tumor cell suspensions into syngeneic mice is 100%. Intramuscular and intracranial transplantation can form relatively regular transplantable tumor lines.
