Mouse Fibroblast Cell Line-L-929-GFP
Product Overview
Mouse Fibroblast Cell Line-L-929 is a clonal cell line derived from L cells, which are mouse connective tissue cells. L cells themselves are a cell line with a fibroblast-like phenotype, originally isolated from mouse connective tissue. This cell line is widely utilized in various research areas, including cytotoxicity studies, biomaterial compatibility, cell differentiation and regenerative medicine, as well as gene expression and signaling pathway research. These cell products stably expressed GFP which transfected with lentivirus, producing a vivid green fluorescence when exposed to blue light. This fluorescence can be utilized for visualization purposes in various related research applications.
