Research indicates that CRBN influences synaptic transmission and the stability of neuronal synaptic connections by regulating the AMPK-MTOR signaling pathway. Additionally, CRBN supports synaptic function and cognitive abilities by modulating large-conductance calcium-activated potassium channels (BKCa).
