Target Information

Cell surface glycoprotein CD200 receptor 2 acts as a receptor for the CD200 cell surface glycoprotein, but not for the CD200/OX2 cell surface glycoprotein. It plays a role in the recruitment or surface expression of the TYROBP receptor. In mice, it is encoded by the Cd200r1l gene. The function of CD200 receptor 2 in mice is mainly reflected in its inhibitory effect on myeloid cells, which is achieved through interaction with CD200 ligand and plays an important role in various biological processes such as inflammation, autoimmune diseases, tumor immunity, neuroinflammation and immune tolerance.
