Target Information

Cell surface glycoprotein CD200 receptor 1 serves as an inhibitory receptor for the CD200/OX2 cell surface glycoprotein. It plays a role in reducing inflammation by suppressing the expression of pro-inflammatory molecules such as TNF-alpha, interferons, and inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) in response to certain stimuli. In mice, this receptor is encoded by the Cd200r1 gene. The function of CD200R1 in mice is mainly reflected in its inhibitory effect on myeloid cells, which is of great significance in many fields such as inflammation, autoimmune diseases, neurodegenerative diseases and tumor immunity.
