Mouse Cardiotrophin Like Cytokine Factor 1 (CLCF1) ELISA Kit-Sandwich

In complex with CRLF1, Cardiotrophin-like cytokine factor 1 forms a heterodimeric neurotropic cytokine essential for neuronal development. In mice, CLCF1 has diverse biological functions, including hematopoietic stimulation, immune regulation, neural growth, metabolic regulation, and supporting kidney and bone health. By forming a heterodimer complex with CRLF1 (cytokine receptor-like factor 1), CLCF1 significantly stimulates the hematopoietic system. Research has demonstrated that CLCF1 promotes the proliferation of hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells, such as LSK cells, with a bias towards myeloid cell differentiation. In healthy mice, CLCF1 injections significantly increased the number of circulating CD11b+ myeloid cells, and an increase in myeloid cells was observed in the bone marrow.
