Mouse B-cell Lymphoma Cell Line-A20-Luc
Product Overview
A20 is a BALB/c B cell lymphoma cell line, derived from a spontaneous reticulum cell sarcoma found in an aged BALB/cAnN mouse. When these cells are grown in Click's medium, they exhibit minimal surface immunoglobulin expression. However, when cultured in RPMI 1640 medium, they express a significant amount. These cells are capable of presenting both allogeneic and protein antigens, making this cell line useful for immunological research. A20-Luc cells are a cell line derived from A20 cells stably express firefly luciferase.
