Product Overview

S180 cells originate from an ascites tumor in a Kunming mouse and represent a classic malignant tumor cell line. These cells are round in shape and grow in suspension. When cultured in vitro, S180 cells exhibit good tumorigenicity, capable of inducing solid tumors or ascites tumors in mice. Because of this, they're frequently used in research on tumorigenesis mechanisms and for screening anti-cancer drugs. Mouse Ascites Cells-S-180-Luc-RFP-Puro are a stable cell line derived from S-180 cells infected with lentivirus, resulting in the stable expression of firefly luciferase and RFP.
