Rat Interleukin-24 (IL-24) is a secreted cytokine of the IL-10 family that induces apoptosis, cell-cycle arrest, and anti-tumor responses. It signals through IL-20R1/IL-20R2 and IL-22R1/IL-20R2 heterodimers, activating STAT1 and STAT3 to modulate immune surveillance. IL-24 is expressed by activated macrophages, T cells, and keratinocytes, playing roles in inflammation, wound healing, and epithelial homeostasis. As a key regulator of cell fate and immunity, IL-24 is an important target for studies of host defense and anti-cancer mechanisms.

This product is shipped with wet ice packs. Store at -20°C on receipt (up to 12 months). Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody.
