Target Information
Porcine Anti-Müllerian Hormone (AMH) is a member of the TGF-β superfamily, produced by Sertoli cells in the testes and granulosa cells in the ovaries. It plays a key role in sexual differentiation by inhibiting the development of Müllerian ducts in males. In females, AMH regulates follicle development and serves as a marker of ovarian reserve. It also influences bone metabolism and immune regulation, contributing to reproductive and metabolic health.
