Mouse tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNFα) is a conserved secretory and membrane-associated protein with a stable structural fold. It localizes mainly to extracellular, cytoplasmic and plasma membrane compartments, with broad tissue distribution. The protein maintains a rigid conformation to preserve molecular integrity under physiological conditions. Its characteristic subcellular localization and structural architecture clearly distinguish it from nuclear, mitochondrial and intracellular non-secretory proteins.

This product is shipped with wet ice packs. Store at -20°C on receipt (up to 12 months). Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody.
