Mouse Angiopoietin Like Protein 2 (ANGPTL2) ELISA Kit-Sandwich

Angiopoietin-related protein 2 (ANGPTL2) stimulates endothelial cell sprouting through both autocrine and paracrine mechanisms. ANGPTL2 plays a critical role in various inflammatory diseases by attracting and activating macrophages and promoting the release of inflammatory factors, thereby driving inflammatory responses in conditions such as obesity-related metabolic syndrome, atherosclerosis, and within tumor microenvironments. Regarding tissue repair, ANGPTL2 maintains epithelial regeneration capacity within the intestinal stem cell microenvironment in mice, and its absence leads to reduced wound healing ability. Additionally, ANGPTL2 expression increases in mouse skeletal muscle, correlating with muscle aging and weakness. Knocking out ANGPTL2 can reduce muscle atrophy and inflammation.
