Monkey Choroid-retinal Endothelial Cells-RF/6A
Product Overview
Monkey Choroid-retinal Endothelial Cells-RF/6A underwent spontaneous transformation early on and have been passaged over 540 times. Weibel-Palade bodies have been observed under electron microscopy. High-passage RF/6A cells are used as a feeder layer to enhance adhesion, transferability, and to nourish uveal melanocytes. RF/6A cells originated from the choroid and retina of a rhesus monkey embryo. They are endothelial cells, exhibit adherent growth, and have an epithelial-like morphology.
