Low-Differentiated Rat Adrenal Pheochromocytoma Cell Line-PC-12-GFP
Product Overview
Low-Differentiated Rat Adrenal Pheochromocytoma Cell Line-PC-12 originates from a transplantable pheochromocytoma in male rats. These cells express nerve growth factor (NGF) receptors, and NGF can induce a neuronal phenotype in them. Notably, these cells do not synthesize adrenaline. These cell products stably expressed GFP which transfected with lentivirus, producing a vivid green fluorescence when exposed to blue light. This fluorescence can be utilized for visualization purposes in various related research applications.
