Target Information

Lactococcus raffinolactis is found in a diverse array of products, including fermented foods like fish, meat, vegetables, and milk, as well as other plant and animal-derived materials. It has the ability to ferment α-galactosides, such as raffinose and melibiose, which are not utilized by L. lactis.
